PRICE LIST

To offer you the facility to have your telephone calls answered in your own company’s name while you are away from your base by one of our fully trained professional receptionists.

This can be full time (as per our hours of operation) or part time. 

Line Connection Charge   (Once only up-front fee payable at registration). £69.00 

Service Charge  (Payable monthly or quarterly in advance). 

Includes line rental paid by T & T Business Services to BT. £26.95  Per week

Up to 40 telephone messages (unlimited calls) 

Any messages above 40 per week – 65p per message will be charged 

T & T Business Services recommend that you call the office twice daily to collect messages.  In the event of an urgent message we will try to contact you at a charge of 50p per call.

We can also divert your calls to another number or  to a mobile – This incurs charges, which will be picked up from our telephone system and charged in arrears.

 Part Time Options

 If you need cover for a holiday or other short-term period or perhaps you regularly need cover for one particular day each week, the part time option is available. 

This can be done by diverting from your existing number to one of our allocated telephone numbers. 

          1 Day Cost     -     £10.95

          2 Day Cost     -     £15.95

          3 Day Cost     -     £18.95

          4 Day Cost     -     £24.95

          5 Day Cost     -     £28.95

Add 65p per message taken over 8 messages per day. In the event of an urgent message we will try and contact you at a charge of 50p per call.
